Got my heart rate up while sledding

We have a huge hill in our front yard and last night my daughters and SIL, husband and I all went sledding until almost midnight. What a riot! My ol' heart was really pumping from the climbs back up the hill. After a few trips down the hill, it was getting really slick and we were flying. The winning sledder made it down the hill, across the driveway, across a dip and into the woods. (Trees tend to slow you down a bit)
