Challenge is ready for quilting

I finished up my guild crayon challenge today while the tech was working on my machine. The colors in the picture are not nearly as bright as in real life. I almost needed my sunglasses to sew on the borders. So far, I don't have a clue how to quilt it. At first I thought I'd use bright variegated thread but thought it might take away the impact of the bright pinwheels. Hmmm, I think I'll have to think on it awhile.

    Were you planning to custom quilt it, or an allover?

    I'll custom it. I'm thinking swirly stuff in black for the background. I'm still thinking about the pinwheels.

    I agree, custom will look better, make the pinwheels pop. I look forward to seeing it finished.
