It's hard to believe that the yoga I do that finally healed a bad shoulder has now taken its revenge on my wrist. Evidently a lack of perfect form has lead yoga to damaging a tendon in my wrist. The doctor has given me a break by not making me wear a brace but I have to cut way back on both yoga and quilting for 2 weeks and spending quite a bit of time with an ice pack. He did applaud the exercise routine I started in November but told me I was pushing it too hard and to work on my form. I just can't win.
