Fodder for My New Obsession

My mom gave me some Christmas money and Mass Ave. Knits was having a 30% off everything sale, so you don't have to guess what I got. Quilting has kind of taken a back seat the month of December and it has been a wonderful break, though I'm refreshed and will be jumping in with both feet tomorrow. The turquoise yarn is Madelinetosh worsted wool and I have the sweater pattern all picked out. But first, I'm planning on knitting a sweater just like the one I ended up giving my daughter for Christmas, since she loved the yarn so much, feels cold most of about 9 months, and who can say no to such a sweetie. The yarn is also Madelintosh, but a sport weight wool that will go well with blue jeans.
