Pomegrate Eaters Rejoice!

This is one of my favorite you tubes ever! I LOVE pomegranates but don't eat many because the fruits are so hard to get out and make an incredible mess. Now get this: Score around the center, twist open, stretch skin a bit, hold half face down in the palm of your hand and whap with a wooden spoon. All the seeds fall out! Amazing!
