Square One

Sometimes it is just better to go back to square one, back to the beginning. This shawl has been a pain from the very first stitch. I've got help 3 times and recently made another mistake that would take help to fix. Well, this morning around 3:00 am I couldn't sleep and just got up, grabbed the offensive shawl and unravelled the whole thing, reskeined the yarn, soaked the crinkles out and now it is drying before going back into balls. Sometimes it is better just to admit failure and move on. I have another shawl in mind so am looking forward to a new start.
