A Knitting Project

I haven't knitted anything much since my days in 4-H and that's a long time ago. I continental knit and no one I knew knitted that way so if I ran into a new stitch, there wasn't anyone to show me how to do it. I was then shown an app that shows a video how to do all the stitches. Wonderful! When in Alaska, I bought this chunky yarn made with wool and seaweed. I looked on Ravelry.com and found a pattern and now I have an ear warmer that was so popular in Alaska. I still have to make the closure and add the caribou antler buttons, but I'm pretty excited. My next adventure will be some leg warmers for wearing to my yoga class.
