Quilt of the Week - Virginia's Hunter's Star

This variation of a Hunter's star is much smaller than others I have seen and it is so pretty in batiks. It was a bit difficult to quilt in that I just could not see the thread very well. I really do like being able to see the pattern of the piecing, though and not having it compete with the thread.

    Wow Viki...I love that large celtic looking motif...is that IQ...it works so well...and I also love the batiks...I've got that pattern...one day....I really am going to make a list...hope you are well!

    Yup, the celtic design is IQ. The rest is freehand.
